They look after our chutes throughout the year for fire and operational testing and inspections, with photographic evidence being a key help to me in deciding how best to approach the issues, if any.

Currently, we have a clean chute, and we are able to manage the cleanliness with their direction and support. However, knowing other sites that they look after, I know their cleaning service is excellent and “mess-free”.

Entering into a contract with Hydro Chute was, I am pleased to say, one of my smarter business decisions. To date, they have performed to an excellent standard, with the attending teams being on time and completing work promptly and efficiently. I have found them to be highly responsive and a contractor who maintains clear and regular lines of communication both before and after their service visits.

Their reports provide clear and concise details of what they have serviced, along with any noted defects; these are either fixed at the time (and often free of charge) or, alternatively, with the quotation for repair sent over the following day. I have not yet had any unforeseen costs or circumstances to manage. I would have no hesitation in recommending this supplier and am exceptionally pleased with the service they provide.
