To ensure safe and standardised project outcomes we widened the scope of our electrical training to include design, manufacturing, installation, and inspection teams. Whilst all the topics covered were already understood by our electrically qualified engineers, creating a space where they could share that knowledge with others in the company has resulted in increased collaboration, improved communication, and a much broader understanding between the teams. The hands-on training course educated all about the dangers of electrical installations and how to protect themselves and others.
